Baked some, steamed some the other day. The cake is lemony-pineappley and the idli look-alikes are made with rice-flour sugar, grated coconut, some baking powder and mixed with water. The mixture is then put in idli moulds and steamed.
Dew on the bamboo, yellow flowers and orange sunsets, the sound of rain...the whistle of the wind, the rush of flowing water, the smell of woodsmoke, the crackle of a wood fire,the moon in all its phases.......
